Autographed Ball Company was founded in 1947 by Richard B. (Dick) Culler in High Point, North Carolina. The founder played baseball in the major leagues from 1945 to 1950. He played for the Philadelphia A's, Chicago White Sox, Boston Braves, Chicago Cubs, and New York Giants; with the longest stint being the Boston Braves in 1946 and 1947.
Having been in the business of providing replica team autographed baseballs for over 60 years, Autographed Ball Company can lay claim to being the only firm of its kind in the world. Our replica baseballs are collectors items that have been treasured for decades by young and old alike. Our baseballs do not have the dollar value of actually signed balls, but provide a history of the game unequaled by any other product. This is especially true because we do not keep production runs of past years, as all of our plates are destroyed at the end of each year. Also, we only produce current team rosters; i.e., changes are made daily as teams trade and move players from the minors. A team ball that we produce in April, can be completely different by October. Balls are produced at the time of an order; Therefore, we keep no printed balls in stock.
